China is the world's largest consumer of plastic, with an annual consumption of approximately 15 million tons of disposable plastic products, most of which cannot be recycled and disposed of, causing significant harm to the natural environment. In 2020, the government issued the "Opinions on Further Strengthening the Treatment of Plastic Pollution", which clearly stated the requirements for phased prohibition and restriction of use by 2020, 2022, and 2025. The goals of the first two stages have been successfully achieved. It is expected that by 2025, the production capacity of biodegradable disposable products in China may need to exceed 2.5 million tons to meet demand, with broad market prospects. However, there are not many enterprises in the industry with production capacity above the designated scale.
